Marmalade Network FAQs

Why is Marmalade Network free?
We’re not out to make money from driving instructors, instead we want to reward you with bonuses and benefits. We make our money when you tell your pupils about Marmalade and they subsequently buy insurance and other products from our sister company Marmalade.
How do I register?
Registration is easy and free. Simply click here and fill in your details on the form that appears. If you’d prefer you can phone us and we’ll sign you up while you’re on the line.
I’m registered with you but my details have changed, what shall I do?
You can update your details by visiting the ‘my account’ page or give us a quick call, we’re happy to do that for you.

Just give us a quick call if you’re not sure, we can let you know in a moment.
What do I need to do next?
Simply hand out our booklets and leaflets to your pupils so they can browse them with their parents and see all the products Marmalade has to offer.
How can I order more free booklets?
Simply click the 'Marketing Materials’ tab on the website and select what you’d like from there. Alternatively you can phone or email us on the contact details below.
Do I drop back down to Bronze membership each year?
No. Once you’ve attained a status, whether it’s silver, gold or platinum, you stay there all the time your membership is active.
How can I be sure I’ll get what’s owed to me?
Every pupil who buys a policy tells us how they heard about Marmalade. When your pupil selects ‘Driving Instructor’, provided you’re registered to the Marmalade Network it links automatically on our database. So, as your pupils make purchases you get commission.
You can view commissions earned and who from, in the ‘my account’ section of the Marmalade Network website – you must be logged in see this. Data is uploaded regularly but please be aware it’s not ‘real time’, you may have to wait a day or two for a pupil sale to show.
If you think a pupil may have taken a policy but not mentioned you, let us know as we can link the sale manually.
Payments are made monthly by BACs around the 10th of each month.
How can I be a more active member and earn more commission?
  • You can have direct links to the Marmalade site from your website or Facebook so each pupil who accesses from there is automatically linked to you. Visit marketing materials, marketing banners. If you need any help with this please contact us in the office, we’ll be happy to help.
  • You can request more booklets and leaflets and hand them out generously – they work!
  • Some ADIs give presentations at schools or colleges or attend young driver groups. If you do that give us a call, we can send a nice big bundle of booklets out to you.
This all seems too good to be true, what’s the catch?!
There isn’t one. Marmalade is there for every step of a young drivers journey and Marmalade Network is on the side of ADIs.
